We know that a lot of you have questions about what the proposed guidance will mean for your holidays over the coming months and below you can find everything you need to know for all breaks from Monday 12th* – Sunday 25th April.
All our Welsh parks will be open during this period and we’ll be able to welcome guests from the rest of the UK onto our parks.
Accommodation
All our accommodation will be open, however we'll only be able to welcome one household per unit.
Facilities for Stay holidays
We will have the below facilities available for stay breaks during this period:
- Supermarkets
- Takeaways
- Launderettes
Facilities and activities for Stay+Play holidays
We will have outdoor activities and outdoor play areas available, however restaurants and entertainment venues will unfortunately remain closed.
We will be contacting all guests due to holiday with us during this period via email about what the limited facilities mean for your break and the options available to you. Please keep an eye on your inboxes for this information.
Touring and camping breaks
Due to social distancing guidelines still in place across Wales, we've made the difficult decision to keep our Welsh parks closed for touring breaks during this period and all breaks before Monday 17th May will unfortunately be cancelled.
Please don't worry, there is nothing you need to do and all affected guests will be automatically refunded.
General guidance
We kindly ask all guests to ensure they check the latest Government guidance at the time of travel.

*Please note, Monday 12th April is the earliest possible date for this step in the roadmap and will of course be dependent on Government guidance at the time.
