With parks all across the UK, knowing exactly what you need to do regarding test and trace can be a little confusing. We’ve popped all the information as to what you’ll need to do when on park with us depending on the Government guidelines in each country below.
Ahead of arrival
We are legally required to record all guests over the age of 16 visiting our parks and venues in Scotland and Wales.
Please don’t worry, the process is very simple.
Holidaymakers: Before you travel you will be sent an SMS to populate the details of all guests travelling who are over the age of 16 via https://www.haven.com/campaign/register
Owners and Private Letting Guests: Before you travel you will be sent a pre-arrival email to register
all guests over the age of 16 who will be visiting our park for Test and Trace purposes.
Guests holidaying at our English parks: We will continue to request details from all guests at the time of booking to support any future requests. However, providing Test & Trace details for everyone at individual units will now be optional.
Whilst on park
When entering an indoor or outdoor venue in Scotland or Wales you will be required to provide your details upon arrival, however, the process is a little different depending on which country you're visiting.
When visiting our Welsh parks, guests will be asked to scan the QR code provided using the camera on their phone - there is no app you need to download for Wales.
Once you've scanned the code, you'll be provided with a link to an online form where you can fill in your details.
For guests holidaying with us in Scotland, you'll be required to share your details upon arrival to our venues via the Check-In Scotland app.
Once downloaded, simply follow the set-up details and then use the app to scan yourself into our venues using the QR code provided.
To ensure you’re best prepared for your holiday, we recommend downloading the app in advance so you’re ready to go as soon as you arrive!
Please note: if you are unable to download any of the apps mentioned above, or unable to scan the QR code on arrival, we will manually record your details and will securely store this data in line with GDPR for 21 days.
We will continue to keep our NHS Test and Trace QR codes in place across our venues for those that wish to check in using the app, however this is not a mandatory requirement
