In order to book activities on haven.com/experience, all guests will need to provide their booking reference to log in to the platform.
If you booked through a newspaper promotion your booking reference will be on your Haven confirmation.
If you booked through Hoseasons or another third party, you will receive an email from Haven which will contain your booking reference. You should receive this 14 days before you are due to arrive
