If you’re no longer able to make a pre-booked activity, we kindly ask you to cancel with us directly and there’s two ways in which you can do this!
If it’s more than 48 hours before your activity you can cancel via the Haven app or at haven.com/experience. If it’s within 48 hours of your activity then simply visit the activities team on park who’ll be able to get this sorted for you.
We’ll refund you the same way in which you purchased the activity - please allow up to 35 days for it to appear back in your account.
Unfortunately, if the activity has already started, we will be unable to issue a refund. However, if you were unable to attend an activity because you had to leave the park, please give our park teams a ring and they’ll do what they can to sort this out for you.
