If you're having issues accessing our CYHH platform or able unable to select any accommodation, this could be because:
- You booked with us before the accommodation grade change*
- You are within seven days of your arrival
- There are no holiday homes available
- Your booking isn't eligible for CYHH
*Please don't worry if you booked with us before we changed our accommodation grades - you'll still be given the same accommodation you selected at the point of booking. We kindly ask you to contact the park direct who'll be able to guarantee this for you.
Please note, CYHH is not available for:
- 7-night bookings arriving on a Saturday
- A booking of more than 7-nights
- 3rd Party bookings
- Touring, Groups and Events
- Accessible units
