Following the announcement of the State Funeral taking place on Monday 19th September, you can find the latest information regarding the operation of our parks below.
Will the parks remain open on Monday 19 September?
Yes, all our parks will remain open during Monday 19th September and all breaks will be going ahead as planned.
However, as a mark of respect for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, we’ll be closing all venues and facilities from 10:45am – 12:15pm on Monday 19th September.
For guests arriving on Monday 19th September, there may be some possible disruption to the arrival experience. If your arrival time needs to change, the park team will be in contact with you directly later this week.
What impact will the funeral have on the running of parks?
Our parks will continue to operate as normal for the majority of the day with the exception ofall venues and facilities being closed during 10:45am – 12:15pm whilst the funeral is being held.
Following the funeral, all our entertainment venues will open as usual, however there may be some small changes to the schedule in the evening.
Your specific park will be able to let you know exactly what entertainment will be available once you arrive on park.
We will also be observing the two minute’s silence at midday on Monday 19th September, as well as the one minute’s silence at 8pm on Sunday 18th September.
What will happen to my activity bookings during this time?
As a mark of respect, we will be cancelling all activity bookings during the period of closure 10:45am – 12:15pm.
If you have an activity or swim session booked during this time, the park team will be in contact with you to reschedule.
Can I cancel my break if I no longer want to travel?
