If you're having issues accessing our CYHH platform or able unable to select any accommodation, this could be because:
- You are within seven days of your arrival
- There are no holiday homes available
- Your booking isn't eligible for CYHH
- The feature isn't available yet because your booking is for next year*
Please note, CYHH is not available for:
- 7-night bookings arriving on a Saturday
- A booking of more than 7-nights
- Third Party bookings
- Touring, Groups and Events
- Accessible units
* We release Choose Your Holiday Home for next year as soon as possible. If the option isn't currently available for your booking yet, we'll notify you by email when that changes.
