The fee of £20.00 is an administration fee that is applied if you choose to make your booking over the phone or live chat with one of our advisors. If you make your booking online, there is no administration fee applied to your booking.
If you make significant changes to your booking (changing park, dates etc) after you've initially booked then an administration charge will be applied even if you make the change online.
