Will activities be running as normal during these breaks and when can I book?
All of our usual activities will be available. They will be available to book online or in the app from 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Will the swimming pool be open?
Yes the swimming pool will be open as normal and you can book slots online or in the app from 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Entertainment
What special entertainment will be available?
All our Ultimate Family Weekends will have additional live entertainment including a kids' meet and greet, a headline entertainment act on Saturday night and a headline DJ on Saturday night - please see the Haven website for details of who will be at each break.
When can we see what entertainment will be available during our break?
Entertainment schedules will be available to view online from 12 weeks before the start of your holiday at haven.com/experience and in the app.
Is there a cost for the extra entertainment?
No, all of the entertainment is included in the price of your break (except for Hideaway guests). There will be maximum number of guests that can attend certain sessions and for these we may implement a queuing system.
Will the Seaside Squad be around?
Yes there will be lots of opportunity to see your favourite Seaside Squad characters.
Facilities
Will the restaurant and franchise brands be open as normal and how can I book?
Yes, all the food and drink venues will be open as normal. You can book a table for the restaurant through the Haven app before you arrive.
Will the supermarket be open as normal?
Yes, the supermarket will be open as usual. Please see details once you are on park for the specific opening times.
Other FAQs
Am I allowed to bring my dog?
Your dog will be welcome as normal throughout the park and in our normal permitted venues - including a designated area of the main restaurant which is dog friendly.
Will Ultimate Family Weekends be running next year? Or running at other parks?
We are trialling these breaks in 2024 for the first time. We hope to be able to expand with more parks and breaks in 2025.
