What is Haven's Price Promise?
If at any time leading up to the arrival of your holiday, you see the total holiday cost of your exact Haven Holiday at a cheaper price (without the addition of referral codes), you can match your holiday to this price and receive a refund of the difference. It’s that simple!
This is applicable to all bookings made directly through Haven.
How do I action the Price Promise?
Once you have seen your holiday at a cheaper price, please open our web chat and request price promise when prompted. The automated process is available 24/7 and will ask some security questions before resolving your price promise request.
Why has the monthly cost of my holiday increased after a Price Promise change?
Sometimes your monthly payment will increase after you've made a Price Promise request. If this has happened we've normally had to drop your next or last payment from your schedule which means you are now paying more over fewer instalments. You can verify this by visiting your account and reviewing your payment schedule.
