As part of our Haven Promise, all current and future bookings are covered with Price Promise.

What is Haven's Price Promise?

If at any time leading up to the arrival of your holiday, you see the total holiday cost of your exact Haven Holiday at a cheaper price (without the addition of referral codes), you can match your holiday to this price and receive a refund of the difference. It’s that simple!

This is applicable to all bookings made directly through Haven. 

How do I action the Price Promise?

Once you have seen your holiday at a cheaper price, please click here to complete an email form. We will then review this and if this shows a lower price, we will lower your holiday cost to match this and place any refunds if necessary.
