Cancelling restaurant table bookings

If you have booked a table in one of our restaurants and no longer wish to attend, there are two ways you can cancel your booking. 


Online: simply use the My Haven Experience app or follow the link in your booking confirmation email/booking reminder email where you'll be provided with all the details on how to cancel. If you've booked at haven.com/experience, you can also use the site to cancel any table bookings you've made online.


On park: speak to the team in the restaurant on park who'll be able to cancel your table for you
