Decking is a possibility for most static caravans and pitches. Silver, Gold and Lodge grades must have a deck sited. Decking is not included in any caravan prices shown online and the price of a deck will be included in your final park quote which you'll get during your park ownership tour. Prices for decks will vary by size and style with front and wraparound decks available. Decking is subject to spacing rules and regulations, so the park will work with you to find a pitch that fits your desired deck option, subject to availability.
