What is is where guests can book activities ahead of their break. Guests can book activities up to 12 weeks before the start of their break and indoor swimming slots up to 4 weeks before the start of their break.

How do I access 

In order to access, all guests will need to provide their booking reference to log in to the platform.

What is my Haven booking reference and where can I find it?
Your Haven booking reference is 8 digits and can be found on your pre-arrival emails and in your PDF confirmation at the time of booking if you booked directly with Haven - see below for an example.

Top tip: If you can't find your Haven booking confirmation email in your inbox, it may be located in your Junk folder - take a look here.

I haven't booked my break through Haven - where can I find my booking reference number?
If you booked through Hoseasons or another third party, you will receive an email from Haven which will contain your booking reference. You should receive this 14 days before you are due to arrive.

I'm a Haven Owner - how do I book activities?

Haven Owners can book activities via the Haven Owners website- simply log in and select "Activities and Owners Events" in the menu to book your experiences.
