Trouble logging into haven.com/experience

In order to book activities on haven.com/experience, all guests will need to provide their booking reference to log in to the platform.

Your Haven booking reference is 8 digits and can be found on your pre-arrival emails and in your PDF confirmation at the time of booking if you booked directly with Haven.


If you booked through Hoseasons or another third party, you will receive an email from Haven which will contain your booking reference.  You should receive this 14 days before you are due to arrive

Please note: haven.com/experience works best in Google Chrome so we recommend using that browser when accessing the platform.
