When you arrive at your holiday home, you’ll find that the fridge is turned to setting 1. To help us save energy, we’d appreciate it if, on your departure, you could turn it back down to this number.
As a guide, setting 3 is usually the most effective. If you have a freezer box, you’ll also need to adjust the fridge temperature for it to freeze correctly. Some fridges have a digital display in which the settings are slightly different – the fridge should be at 4 degrees; freezer should be minus 18 degrees.
Please leave room within the fridge for the cool air to circulate.
