Due to the remoteness of our holiday parks the Wi-Fi signal can vary. We do have free guest Wi-Fi available in the Cafe Bar and Live Lounge. There is also Wi-Fi in the Owners’ Lounge (for our owners-only). If you need speedier WiFi please ask at Reception, charges will apply. There is no Wi-Fi in accommodation. The My Haven app works on Wi-Fi and 4G, however if you do not have any signal, you can always book your activities with our Activity and Leisure team at the Activity Booking Point.
