Day passes can be purchased for our 2025 Festive Season but aren't available for the remainder of the year. For festive day passes swimming and activities can be booked from 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Play passes can only be purchased prior to a guests arrival on park either as part of a Haven Holiday or, for private guests, through the play pass purchasing process. We're unable to sell play passes to guests who select a hideaway holiday when they arrive at our park.
To upgrade from a Hideaway break to a Haven Holiday, please log into your booking on our website where the option will be displayed if it's available.
