12 Days of Christmas T&Cs

The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 21 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
The 12 days of Christmas prize draw opens on Friday 13th December 2024 and closes on 25th December 2024 and consists of one prize draw per day during that period.
The daily prize draw can be entered between 10.00am & 11.59pm on the same day. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
The prize draw consists of a daily Facebook post which must be responded to, following the instructions set out in each post. Each users receives one entry, multiple comments will be counted as one entry.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The day after each daily prize draw post, one winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person. The date of the first prize draw will be on 14th December 2024 and take place every day until 23rd December 2024. The 24th & 25th December 2024 prize draws will be drawn and the winners notified by 5th January 2025 (Draw Dates). The daily prize draw post will state the prize that can be won that day. Each winner will receive one of the following prizes, according to the prize draw they have won:
1. 1x small Annie plushie
2. 1x small Rory plushie, 1x Seaside Squad jigsaw
3. 1x small Jaz plushie, 1x notebook
4. 1x small George plushie, 1xpencil case
5. 1x medium Annie plushie, 1x glitter bottle
6. 1x medium Rory plushie, 1x spinning wand
7. 1x medium Jaz plushie, 1x Squad pillow
8. 1x medium George plushie, 1x Squad key ring
9. 1x large Annie plushie, 1x jigsaw
10. 1x large Rory Plushie, 1x notebook
11. 1x large Jaz, 1x George plushie
12. 1x three-night off-peak, self-catering break at any Haven caravan park during the 2025 season for up to 6 guests.
The daily prize draw winner will be notified on the day they are picked via a reply to their entry comment on Facebook. The prize will be confirmed by direct mail (DM) and the winner must provide a postal address to [email protected] to accept the prize. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to No1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL. (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within [one] month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
