Account Management Options

We value your privacy and control over your data. You can review our full privacy policy here 


If you wish to request a deletion of your Haven account, please be aware:

  • We will process your request within One Calendar month.
  • In some cases, we may not be able to fully comply with your request.
  • If we cannot fulfill your request, we will provide an explanation in our response.


Please choose from the following available options:


1. Remove access to my online account but keep all my data


This option will:

  • Delete your login password credentials
  • Remove your ability to access the account
  • Retain your data in our systems (where required)
  • If you have an up coming holiday, you will no longer be able to book activities or food & beverage via your online account.
  • If you are a Holiday home owner, you will no longer be able to manage your Van online. 


You can request account reactivation in the future if required. 


2. Delete online account and delete ALL my data


This option is a “Right to be forgotten” request and will:

  • Permanently delete all your personal information and data
  • Remove your account entirely from our records
  • Erase all stored preferences and history

 

Please note, we are unable to fulfil this request if:

  • You are an existing Holiday home owner
  • You have transacted with Haven in the last calendar year.


Please note that this action cannot be undone. 


Before you proceed consider the following:

  • Do you have any important information to save?
  • Are there any pending transactions?
  • Have you reviewed our Privacy Policy?
