If you wish to request a deletion of your Haven account, please be aware:
- We will process your request within One Calendar month.
- In some cases, we may not be able to fully comply with your request.
- If we cannot fulfil your request, we will provide an explanation in our response.
This request is a “Right to be forgotten” request and will:
- Permanently delete all your personal information and data
- Remove your account entirely from our records
- Erase all stored preferences and history
Please note, we are unable to fulfil this request if:
- You are an existing Holiday home owner.
- You have transacted with Haven in the last calendar year.
Please also note that this action cannot be undone.
