Valid in Food & Beverage venues and the Mini Market only (not for activities). Valid for one transaction up to the voucher value. No change or cash alternative given. Must be collected at Reception on arrival and signed for by the lead booker. Valid during your stay only. Cannot be used after departure. Non-transferable. Can be used by the named guest/booking party only. Must be presented at point of purchase. Our team will verify and keep the voucher once used. Lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers should not be sold, gifted, or passed to other guests. Any tampering or misuse will invalidate the voucher. Haven reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer if needed.
