- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Haven Leisure Limited and its affiliates (the "Promoter"), their immediate family and/or anyone living in the same household, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
- The giveaway prize draw opens on 8th October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 26th October 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) and consists of one prize during that period. The prize draw consists of one eligible Facebook post on the Promoter's Facebook page during that the Promotion Period.
- To enter the prize draw and be eligible, entrants must (i) “like” the relevant designated Facebook prize draw post published on 8th October 2026 and (ii) tag at least one new person per comment on that post. Each qualifying comment will count as one entry. Multiple comments which fulfil the entry criteria on the same Promoter post will result in multiple entries (i.e. multiple comments will lead to multiple entries provided one new person is tagged in each separate comment).
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind including but not limited to Facebook platform outages, connectivity issues, or failures in the entrant's device or internet connection.
- There will be one winner in total. One winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on 2nd November 2026.
- The winner will receive: one 3-night weekend off-peak, self-catering break at any Haven holiday home located at any Haven caravan park during October 2027 for up to 6 guests in a 3-bedroom silver grade holiday home and Haven Play Passes are included. This break will include entry to any swimming pools, arcade, entertainment venues, restaurants and takeaways and access to activities at the chosen park. Some activities may require an additional charge which is not included in this prize. Food and beverages are not included. Travel to and from the park, travel insurance, and any personal expenses are not included and remain the winner's responsibility. There is no prize alternative and this prize cannot be redeemed for a monetary alternative.
- The winner will be notified by private message via Facebook and must respond to provide their details to social.team@haven.com within 7 days of the message to accept the prize. If, despite reasonable efforts, the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to be entitled to select another an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Holiday dates are subject to availability and subject to park season opening times. - The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes make it necessary to do so.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of exceptional circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control. Where reasonably practicable, the Promoter will seek to minimise the effect of any such cancellation, suspension or amendment on participants and will not materially disadvantage participants who have already entered the prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The Promoter's decision in relation to the administration of the prize draw is final, subject to applicable law. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the outcome of the random draw, except where reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint or as required by law. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable, the copies of their winning post entries entry, to anyone who emails social.team@haven.com or writes to the registered office (at No.1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL) enclosing a self-addressed envelope within 4 weeks of the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at social.team@haven.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant or withhold refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, where the participant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or is otherwise in material breach of these Terms and Conditions to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- The terms and conditions and the prize draw are governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
