Unless stated at the time of cancellation and agreement to cancel, your Haven Holiday Credit is usually held for 6 months from the date of cancellation.
This means that you must contact us to use these funds within that time frame. This does not mean you must be on holiday within 6 months, you must simply use your funds towards a new or existing break within this time frame.
