If you hold your money with us for a future holiday instead of taking a refund, we call this Haven Holiday Credit.
You can use your Haven Holiday Credit to pay for new bookings online or towards a new or existing booking by contacting us. We will hold these funds for up to 6 months, after which point they expire.
