When you book through a letting agent or a caravan owner, the owner will register your arrival and you’ll receive an email confirming your arrival date and you’ll be issued with a registration code to give you the option to purchase Haven Play Passes. If you do not receive this email, please contact the owner or letting agent directly.
Please note, there may be fake web listings or accounts that try to impersonate holiday homes on Haven parks, these may not be genuine, please check carefully before making a booking.
