Changing the lead guest on a booking

If you need to change a name on your booking, please contact us on Live Chat and we can make these changes for you. Please note, there is a £20 administration fee to make these changes.


If you change the lead guest on the booking to someone else, you will need to provide all details of the new lead guest including their address, telephone number, email address and postal address. The administration charge needs to be paid by you at the time of making the change and cannot be left on the booking for the new lead guest to pay. Once the changes have been made, you will no longer have access to any of the booking details unless the new lead guest contacts us to confirm that you should have access.


Please note, we do not allow guests to sell their holidays.
