How to chat with an agent
Look for the blue help icon at the bottom right of the website.
If you choose to get in touch via chat, you will reach the Haven Chatbot, your virtual assistant who will attempt to answer your question without you needing to queue for an agent.
If the bot can't help you will be transferred to the chat queue immediately.
Please note: If you reach a chat queue please remain active on the page to prevent losing your place in the queue.
