You have to be 21+ to book a holiday with us. We've designed our holiday with families and couples in mind so we usually turn down non-family bookings from people under the age of 21, and we don't allow hen or stag parties. Please see clause 2e in our terms and conditions for full information on guest restrictions.
We do appreciate that there may be some exceptions to this term so please feel free to contact us via Live Chat to discuss this if you want to discuss this with us. Please note, if you make a booking with us over live chat or on the phone, there is a £20 booking fee. If we approve your party to book, you can book online without a fee and then contact us with your reference number so we can add notes to confirm the booking is authorised.
