Annexes, gazebos, and event shelters
We don’t allow annexes, event shelters or gazebos on the touring field, to allow all a comfortable camping area.
Awnings
There’s awning space on selected Electric and Euro pitches, but we do not allow sleeping in awnings.
Basic pitch
Please set up around the edge of the tent field. Please park your car in front of your tent or in the communal area
Barbecues
Who doesn’t love a barbecue? While sizzling your sausages, remember to stay safe. Please keep barbecues well away from accommodation. They must also be elevated. Be sure that they’re completely put out before you leave them.
Belongings
Please take good care of your belongings and secure any items of value. Guests are responsible for their own property.
Car parking
There is space for one car next to your pitch, and you can park additional cars in the communal car parks.
Check-in time
Your arrival slot will be sent by email 7 days prior to your arrival day.
Checking out
When it’s time to say goodbye, we kindly ask that you please leave your pitch and the park by 10am.
Continental tourers
Continental tourers are welcome on Electric grass pitches with awnings. Please tell us if you are bringing one so we can add to your booking.
Commercial vehicle
Due to the size of our parking areas, we cannot accept any commercial vehicles.
Dogs
Your four-legged friends are our four-legged friends! Most breeds of dog are welcome here. Please always keep your dog on a lead and clean up after your pet. We have dedicated dog walking areas along the clifftops and are welcome in the external area of The Brigghouse bar and restaurant, but they are not allowed in any of our indoor facilities or on our outdoor pool area unless they are a guide or service dog.
Electric connection
To use the electric supply, you’ll need a camping lead to attach to the electric boxes; we recommend the lead be at least 10m long. You’ll need only the three-pin plug end (the male end of the connection), as we have the female end. Please note: all our pitches are 16-amp.
Electric pitch
Please set up on your allocated pitch number with your jockey wheel or tent door on the numbered paving slab. When setting up, please be mindful that your guy ropes don’t cross onto the pitch next door.
Fire pits
For the safety of all our guests, we cannot allow any ground fires or use of fire pits.
Gas
Run out of gas? No worries, pop into our Touring Reception – we sell butane, propane, and camping gas with the option of purchasing a new bottle or exchanging an empty one.
Generators
Please do not use a generator during your stay with us.
Launderette
If you’ve had a big adventure, you might need a washing machine to clean you up again. Pop into our Reception where you can buy tokens for the launderette, as well as washing powder.
Long lets
Are you already planning your next holiday (or five!) with us? A great-value way to enjoy time with us is to take advantage of our monthly let offers. Call our Reception team to find out more.
Pot wash
The pot wash is behind the Wolds View toilet and shower facility. There are two covered sinks available.
Pup Tents
Unfortunately, we cannot allow Pup Tents.
Shower block
You can access the toilet, shower, and pot wash facilities with the code provided. Please use these facilities appropriately, leave them as you would wish to find them, and report any concerns to us. An adult must accompany children under 10 years old. There is also shaving points, a baby-changing room and an accessible toilet and shower room. Should you need the codes for the accessible facilities please call the Touring Reception. The family room is a shower room for families.
Touring reception shop and Mini Market
We have a small selection of daily and touring essentials for sale in the Touring Reception – a wider range is available in the Mini Market.
Touring field
The field is in a separate field next to the main park and it’s on a slight slope. It’s just a 6-minute walk to the park main facilities.
Waste points
We have an Elsan Point and a wastewater emptying point for water carriers by our shower block.
Water points
Our water point is by our shower block.
