If you make a booking through our website, we do not charge you a booking fee.
If you choose to make a booking with us over the telephone or with an advisor using our Live Chat service, a £20 booking fee will apply. We don't charge for guests that need to book an accessible accommodation or have a Family Fund grant. If you are unable to book online, please do feel free to call us to discuss and we can advise you of the best process.
