How can I pay for my holiday?

Card payments

When making a booking with us, it is important to know that we can only accept debit or credit card payment. 


The best way to pay is to go to www.haven.com/payments or log in to your online account to make your payment online.


You can pay over the telephone but please note, there is a £3 administration fee for all card payments taken over the phone. Online payments have no administration charge.


Please do not ever send your card details to us on Live Chat, by email or post - we will not process payments from details sent to us in this way and your contact will be deleted in line with GDPR rules.


Bank transfer

You can make a payment to us by BACS - please contact us by email and we will send you our bank details so you can make this payment. Please ensure your holiday reference number is added as the referral code so we can apply the payment to your booking for you. There is a payment administration fee of £3 for this.


Cash

Cash payments are not usually accepted unless you are on site booking your holiday and this has been agreed by our park team.


Cheque/Postal Order

Payments by cheque or postal order can be accepted when booking over the telephone with us but please note, making a booking over the phone will incur a £20 administration fee.


Payments of this type must received be within 7 days of your booking being made over the telephone and cannot be accepted for any bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival.


They must be sent with your holiday reference number written in clear, easy to read writing on the back of your cheque or enclosed with your cheque. These must be sent to the following address:
