When you make your booking, we’ll ask you for details of your permanent home address. We have the right to check this information against the electoral register – both to prevent fraud and to make sure we can contact you by post before or after your holiday if we need to.
If you do not appear on the electoral register, we may contact you before your holiday to carry out alternate checks which can include requesting evidence of your identity and address. A bank or credit card statement no more than 3 months old must be provided for proof of address and a photo ID (valid driving license or passport only) needs to be provided for proof of identity. If we contact you for this information and you do not provide it within 14 days of contact, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
