Choose Your Check-in Time

You now have the option to Choose Your Check-in Time which allows you to choose the time you will have access to your accommodation and lets you plan your holiday, your way.

Pricing starts from £20.00 and you have the choice of 9 check-in time slots to pre-purchase. Subject to availability.

When can I choose my check-in time?

This is available to choose at the time you make your booking. If you already have a booking, you can add Choose Your Check-in Time via My Account in the Haven app or on our website.

This is not available to add within 10 days of arrival and is subject to availability. If you change your date, park or grade after added your check-in time, your chosen check in time may no longer be available.

Do I have to use Choose Your Check-in Time?

Choose Your Check-in Time is an optional service. If you decide not to purchase Choose Your Check-in Time, we will allocate you a check-in slot automatically 7 days before you arrive.

There are no check-in times available to purchase, what does this mean?

We release a limited amount of slots to purchase via Choose Your Check-in Time, which are booked on a first-come first-served basis. If there are no slots available to purchase, you will still be automatically allocated a check-in time 7 days before you arrive.

Can I arrive at the park before my check-in time?

Yes, you can still arrive on park up to 2 hours before your check-in time (but no earlier than 11am), whether you 'Choose Your Check-in Time' or let us automatically allocate one. You may access the on-park facilities during this time, but will only have access to your accommodation at your designated check-in time.
