Our swim slots are very popular. If you’re no longer able to make your swim slot and wish to cancel, we recommend you do this as soon as you know you aren't able to attend so another guest can make the most of the slot. You can make amends until the start time of the session via the Haven Experience app or at haven.com/experience. If you need to amend how many swimming sessions your group needs, you can do this by going to the app and then to Plans > Select the session > Manage booking.
