Our heated indoor pool includes a water slide, a bubble pool, plus a separate toddler pool with water features. We’ve built a state-of-the-art roof structure over the existing outdoor pool to provide even more capacity for a splash and swim throughout the season, which you’ll only have access to when you book a swim slot via haven.com/experience or the My Haven app. A trolley coin or £1 coin can be used to operate the lockers to store any valuables.
Each person wanting to swim will be required to book a swim slot. Each holiday booking will receive 14 swim slots which can be pre-booked before you arrive. Additional swim slots can be booked (subject to availability) at the pool reception once you are at the park. Under 5s do not require a Play Pass but will need a slot booked for them.
Swimming sessions are bookable 28 days (4 weeks) before your holiday starts. You'll receive an email or app push notification when it's time to book.
