There are two simple ways you can log in to your My Haven account.
- You can access your account by visiting haven.com/my-account
OR
- You can click ‘My Account’ in the right-hand corner of the screen on the Haven website
If you are the lead guest on the booking, you can log in using an existing account or the account details you used when you booked the holiday.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to do the following:
- Access all bookings on the account
- Add any additional extras
- Make a payment
- Update your personal details
If you are a guest on the booking, you can log in using your booking reference number and will be able to:
- See details for an individual booking
- Add any additional extras
- Make a payment
Please note, guests on the booking are not able to update personal details through the My Haven account. If you have booked as part of a group or event or through a third party, you will not be able to view your booking online.
