Changing or adding more guests to your booking

For the majority of bookings, you will be able to add or remove guests from your booking by logging in to your online account.

Once logged in, select the booking you are looking to amend and click "manage my booking". You should then see the list of guests on your booking.

It may be possible for you to add more guests to a booking but this will be subject to certain identification checks and may be subject to further charges.

Adding extra guests will not increase the price of your accommodation as long as you do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the accommodation you have booked, however you will be charged a £20 administration fee to do this if you choose to change this with an advisor. There is not a charge to do this on your online account.

If your accommodation is already full, we are unable to add anyone to your booking unless you amend your booking to an accommodation that sleeps more people. The maximum number of people any of our accommodations can sleep is 8. If you have more than 8 people in your party, you would have to book more than one accommodation.
