For most bookings, you can now amend the park you are travelling to yourself online via My Account.
Log in to your account using your email address and password, select "Manage Booking" and then "Change your holiday park". If this service is available to you, it will take you through the process of selecting your park. Please note, by changing your park, you will be required to pay any additional costs and an administration fee of £20 for the change.
Changing your park will cancel any activities that you have booked for your original park and you will have to rebook them for your new park, subject to availability.
If you have used our Choose Your Holiday Home or Choose Your Check-in Time services, these will be removed and you will have to reselect them for your new park, subject to availability. All other add-ons could potentially be removed depending on the availability at your new park so please do double check your booking after you have made the change.
This service does currently have restrictions; you will be unable to change your date online if:
- You are due to arrive within the next 56 days
- You made your booking over the phone with our contact centre or booked with the park directly
- You have a touring booking
- You have upgraded your holiday with our Choose Your Holiday Home service
- You have an outstanding balance that is overdue
- You have booked an accessible accommodation
If your booking is restricted and you select to change your holiday park via My Account, it will provide instructions on how you can make changes to your booking.

Please be aware that amendment fees will apply to any change made to your booking and being able to amend your park would be subject to availability.
If the new park you select is more expensive than the current park you have booked, you will need to also pay the difference in the price.
Please note, as per our terms and conditions, changes to bookings within 56 days of your holiday start date may count as a cancellation and therefore cancellation charges will apply.
