You can upgrade your accommodation in My Account.
If there is availability, you'll see the option to upgrade your accommodation and the cost to do this.
From here you can select your grade and make payment. If you are on the Easy Payment Plan you'll see the changes to your monthly payment.
You will not be able to upgrade your accommodation on your account if:
- Your booking is due to start within the next 7 days
- There is no availability in your accommodation type
- You have not used your email address and password to log in to My Account (if you log in using your reference number and booking details, you cannot make changes to your booking)
- Your booking is for touring
- You have an overdue balance on your holiday
- You have already selected Choose Your Holiday Home on your booking
