I cannot see the ability to upgrade on My Account

There are some restrictions in place for upgrades through My Account. You will not be able to upgrade your accommodation if:


Your booking is due to start within the next 7 days
You have logged in using your booking reference number instead of your email address and password
You have booked a touring break
You have an overdue balance on your holiday
You have already selected Choose Your Holiday Home on your booking


We will only show you upgrades applicable to your booking so, for example, if you have booked a dog friendly accommodation, we will not show you availability to upgrade into non-dog friendly accommodations. If there is general availability for booking but there is none relevant to your booking, you will not be shown any upgrade options.
