Digital Pass Trial at Seashore competition - Terms and conditions

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

1.    All entrants must be aged 18 or over and be residents of the UK.

2.    Haven employees and family of employees are not permitted to enter. If an employee family member is drawn, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.

3.    Each scan is an entry to the draw. To qualify, the entrant must follow the instructions on the posters and scan the QR Code between the dates of 9.00 am November 28th 2025, and midnight January 2nd. All qualifying scans of the QR Code will automatically be entered into the draw. Any scans made outside these dates and times will not be entered into the prize draw.

4.    The prize accommodation is a bronze 2 bed holiday home that sleeps up to 6 people.

5.    The break is for a maximum of 4 nights in 2026 and can be taken during the off-peak season (excludes school and bank holidays) and is subject to availability. Once the holiday has been booked it is not transferable.

6.    The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries by January 31st 2026 no later than 2pm. The winner will be contacted by a representative of Haven by telephone, and the winner may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity.

7.    The winner will have five (5) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:

a.    Acknowledge the prize via the instructions in the notification;

b.    Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license; and

c.    Confirm they wish to accept the prize.

8.    If a winner does not respond within 5 calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries.

9.    Haven's announcement of the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.    The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

11.    Haven shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. 

12.    Haven reserves the right to cancel this prize draw or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrant for doing so.

13.    Haven accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

14.    By entering this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
