Haven National Arcade Football Competition Terms and Condi

1. Eligibility & Registration

• To take park, all participants must book their time slot in advance through the official Haven booking system. Bookings can be made by scanning the QR code on the competition arcade machine or by visiting the online booking URL.
• Entry to this competition is deemed as full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of entry.
• There are no age restrictions. The competition is open to individuals of all ages. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult who will be entitled to claim the prize.
• The competition is open to all Haven guests staying at any of the Haven holiday parks during the period Tuesday 14 April 2026 and Sunday 19 July 2026.
• Employees of Leisure Employment Services Ltd (Haven employees) are not permitted to enter this competition however they are permitted to play at other times outside the competition period.
• All holiday makers staying on any Haven holiday parks during the competition period are eligible to enter.

2. Competition Rules & Format

• Participation is on an individual basis. Individuals are allowed to book multiple practice slots at £2 per play but only the slots taking place during the competition times will be counted in the competition.
• Competition Period: 10am Tuesday 14 April 2026 and 10pm Sunday 19 July 2026.
• Entry Fee: £2 per player per play.
• Competition Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Kick Off Window: 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
• Daily Competition Duration: 90 minutes per day.
• Game Time: 90 seconds per play.
• Time slots available on the booking platform: Every 10 minutes.

3. Conduct & Integrity

• Cheating, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited. Anyone found guilty of this will be disqualified without refund of their booking fee.
• Decisions made by attendants/referees during participation are final.

4. Judging & Evaluation

• Scoring will be based on predefined criteria and evaluation methods.
• Attendant/Referee decisions are final and binding. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• In the event of tied top scores, entrants will be placed into a prize draw, conducted at the end of the competition period.

5. Technical Issues & Contingency

• Participants must immediately report any technical issues encountered.
• Remedies, reruns, or time extensions are at the sole discretion of the Attendant/Referee.

• Haven Leisure Ltd  and its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person, computer relating to or resulting from participation in their kids’ club website page, competitions or offers; inability to access the website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries/information; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Proof of entering information on the website or other form is not considered proof of delivery or receipt.

6. Results & Awards

• If there is more than one person with the same winning score, the individuals concerned will be entered into a draw and the overall winner will be drawn at random.
• Verified results will be announced via Facebook.
• Any grievances must be submitted within the designated time limit (by 10pm 26 July 2026).
• All disputes will be resolved at the discretion of Haven Leisure Ltd, whose decision is final.

7. Data Privacy

• Participant data and submissions will be used exclusively for competition purposes and will be handled confidentially and in accordance with GDPR.

8. The Adult Competition Winner

• The entrant with the final highest score at the end of the competition will be deemed the winner of this competition and will be awarded a Haven caravan holiday. If the winner is under 18 years old the supervising adult will be able to claim the competition prize.

• The winner will be notified by Haven Leisure Ltd or their representatives by email or phone, as appropriate to the competition within 7 days of the competition closing date. They will then be announced via social media channels.

• Winners must respond to Haven Leisure Ltd within 7 days of being notified of their prize, otherwise Haven Leisure Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner with the next highest competition score.

• The competition and these Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by English law.

• There is one prize only. There is no cash alternative. Offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Haven reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. Haven reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value if the original is no longer available.

• The winner may be required to participate in promotional activity related to this competition.

• The competition is promoted by Haven Leisure Ltd. Haven Leisure Ltd is registered in England (No. 01968698) and is a FCA appointed representative of Bourne Leisure Limited (t/a Haven). Bourne Leisure Ltd is registered in England (No. 04011660) and is authorised and regulated by the FCA (Financial Services Register No. 312847) as a credit broker and insurance distributor. 9. The Competition Prize

• The winner will receive the prize consisting of a Haven caravan holiday in a gold grade or equivalent (https://www.haven.com/caravans-for-sale/ranges) for one caravan and a maximum of 6 people for a duration up to a maximum of 7 days.  All bookings are subject to availability and the winner’s satisfaction of our pre-arrival identification processes.

• The prize can be redeemed at any Haven holiday park (excluding owners only parks Far Grange, Cardigan View and Garreg Wen) subject to availability) from 1 August 2026 but must be booked and taken within the following 12-month period expiring 31 July 2027. Failure to comply with this will result in a forfeit of the prize. No extension or cash alternative will be granted.

• No travel costs or living expenses incurred in collecting or using the prize will be covered by Haven Leisure Ltd.

• Entertainment passes to access leisure and entertainment venues and to book activities will be included in this prize.

• The recipient of this competition prize will be provided with the process required to follow to redeem / book the holiday.
