The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 21 years or over, except employees of Haven Leisure Limited and its affiliates (the “Promoter”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. The entrant’s comment must identify their favourite “on holiday” food.
The prize draw opens on 6th June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 17th June 2026 and consists of one prize during that period. The prize draw consists of one eligible Facebook post on the Promoter’s Facebook page during that period.
To enter, you must comment on the prize draw Facebook post published by the Promoter during the competition period. Each comment on any of these posts counts as one entry Multiple comments which fulfil the entry criteria on the same or different Promoter posts will result in multiple entries.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
One winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on the 19th June 2026. The winner will receive:
- 1x four-night midweek off-peak, self-catering break at any Haven holiday home located at any Haven caravan park during the 2027 season commencing 1 March 2027 for up to 6 guests (3 bed Silver grade holiday home (excludes Signature grade and lodges)
- £100 Food and Beverage voucher to spend at any restaurant on park.
The prize will be confirmed by direct mail (DM) and the winner must provide their details to social@haven.com to accept the prize once contacted by private message. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Holiday dates are subject to availability and subject to park season opening. The holiday must be taken within 12 months of the date of notification of winning the prize and your entitlement to the prize will cease if you do not book the holiday within this period. The prize includes entry to any swimming pools, arcade, entertainment venues, restaurants and takeaways and access to activities, at the chosen park. Haven Play Passes are included. Some activities may require an additional charge which is not included in this prize. Food and beverages are not included. There is no prize alternative and this prize cannot be redeemed for a monetary alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable, the winning post, to anyone who emails social@haven.com or writes to the registered office (at No.1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL) enclosing a self-addressed envelope within 4 weeks of the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter social@haven.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
