Why is the swimming pool at Hafan y Môr temporarily closing?
A major multi-million-pound investment is underway to give the swimming pool complex a brand new roof. We will also be adding solar panels to the roof, helping us to create a more energy efficient facility.
When will the swimming pool at Hafan y Môr be closed?
The swimming pool at Hafan y Môr will be closed from 6 March 2026 until 4 June 2026. The pool is scheduled to reopen on 5 June 2026 (reopening date subject to change).
When will be the swimming pool at Hafan y Môr be reopening?
Our plan is for the pool to reopen on 5 June 2026. If this changes we will contact affected guests as soon as we can.
Will the swimming pool at Hafan y Môr be open during the Festive Breaks in December?
Yes, the swimming pool will be open throughout the Christmas and New year breaks.
When will I receive the discount I've been offered for my Haven Holiday at Hafan y Môr?
If you have part paid for your holiday or are paying in instalments, we'll deduct the discount from your remaining balance on 19 January 2026.
If you have paid in full, we’ll refund the discount amount to your original payment method by 19 January 2026.
I'd like to move my Haven Holiday to another park because of the pool closure at Hafan y Môr.

What can I do if I can't find my email?
If you've lost or can't find your email and you have a Haven Holiday booked before 15 December 2025, please go to our live chat and enter your holiday details when asked. We'll be able to send you the link to make changes to your break that you can complete from there.
I've booked a Hideaway break during the dates the pool is closed, will I receive a discount?
Swimming isn't available to guests who booked a Hideaway break and as all other facilities will be open as normal during your stay, your break is unaffected by the change.
I booked after 15 December 2025, am I entitled to any of these options?
Our Haven Holiday prices were updated from 15 December 2025 to reflect the fact that swimming won't be available during your stay. Our website and booking process were also been updated to inform guests that the pool will be unavailable during their stay. As a result we're not offering guests who booked once we'd announced the change the same options as those who booked prior to 15 December.
