J D Wetherspoon: One Million Meals Haven Holiday Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. Entries are valid at the following parks: Primrose Valley, Devon Cliffs, Cleethorpes Beach, Kent Coast, Haggerston Castle, Hopton, Lakeland, Cala Gran and Riviere Sands. One prize will be awarded per participating park, totalling nine holiday prizes.  
  3. All entries must be submitted via qualifying main meal purchase on the Haven app. Only one entry per purchase is permitted. The following subcategories qualify for entry into the prize draw:

  • Traditional
  • Benedicts
  • Lite Bites
  • American
  • Butties & Wraps
  • Breakfast muffin deals

Main Menu:

  • Deli Deals
  • Burgers
  • Chicken
  • Curries
  • Pub classics
  • Small pub classics
  • 11" pizzas
  • Noodles, salads and pasta

Purchases made through other channels do not qualify. 

 

  1. The opening date for entries is 08:00 Monday 1 June 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 22:00 Friday 5 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered. 
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  3. Winners will be chosen by a random draw, supervised by an independent person, on 12  June 2026 (“Draw Date”). 
  4. The winners will receive a holiday at a Haven Park excluding Cardigan View, Far Grange and Garreg Wen. The accommodation provided will be a 3-bedroom gold grade caravan with wrap around decking and excludes Signature grade and Lodges. The duration of the holiday is four nights midweek or three night weekend, and is for up to six people. 
  5. Holiday dates are subject to availability and subject to park season opening. All holiday prizes are subject to the Promoter’s standard holidaymaker booking terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.haven.com/support/terms-and-conditions
  6.  The holiday must be taken within 12 months of the date of notification of winning the prize and your entitlement to the prize will cease if you do not book the holiday within this period. The prize includes entry to any swimming pools, arcade, entertainment venues, restaurants and takeaways and access to activities, at the chosen park. Haven Play Passes are included. Some activities may require an additional charge which is not included in this prize. Food and beverages are not included. There is no prize alternative and this prize cannot be redeemed for a monetary alternative. 
  7. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before 19 June 2026 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 21 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  8. The winner will be contacted by havenpressoffice@haven.com via email within 10 working days from the Draw Date.  
  9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 
  11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
  12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails havenpressoffice@haven.com or writes to 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4YL (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter havenpressoffice@haven.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy (https://www.haven.com/support/privacy-policy). See also condition 15 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  18. The Promoter of this prize draw is Haven Leisure Limited of No1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL.
