How close to your holiday you will be able to change the dates of your booking will depend on if you selected the Haven Flexi Plan when you booked and the level of plan you selected.
You can confirm if you selected the Haven Flexi Plan by checking the original confirmation email sent when you booked or by logging into your account and viewing your booking. If you have selected either Haven Flexi Plan it will clearly show here. If no plan is showing then you elected to decline the plan when booking.
If you are able to, you can now change the date of your holiday on our website. Log into your account and on the holiday, select 'see full details.' Now select 'Manage Booking' in the top right of the screen and finally 'Customise your holiday.'
Haven Flexi Plan - Premium
- Change dates until the day before arrival
- Pay or refunded the difference in price
- Minimum £20 administration charge
Haven Flexi Plan - Standard
- Change dates until 29 days before arrival
- Pay or refunded the difference in price
- Minimum £20 administration charge
Declined Haven Flexi Plan
2026 bookings
- Change dates until 56 days before arrival
- Pay or refunded the difference in price
- Minimum £20 administration charge
2027 and beyond bookings
- Change dates until 70 days before arrival
- Pay or refunded the difference in price
- Minimum £20 administration charge
