Guests who are outside 7 days to their arrival date can log in to their Haven account and upgrade their booking from a Hideaway holiday to a Haven Holiday themselves. Once you've logged into your account select Manage Booking and then Upgrade holiday package.
Guests who are within 7 days of their arrival date, those who have booked more than 7 nights, those who have upgraded using Choose Your Holiday Home and those that wish to downgrade from a Haven Holiday to a Hideaway break will still need to speak to our team on live chat to make that change.
Please be aware that amendment fees will apply to any change made to your booking and being able to make this change would be subject to availability.
Your new price will be calculated based on the holiday price for the day you make the change and you will need to pay any difference in the price.
Please note that all touring breaks are inclusive of play passes and these can't be removed.
