All touring guests are given a 12pm arrival slot. You may arrive up to an hour before this time, but you may not be able to pitch up until 12pm.
The latest time you can arrive on park for a touring holiday is 10pm.
What happens on arrival?
When you arrive, a member of our team will be on hand to meet you at the park entrance where you will be initially checked in using your registration. You'll then be able to make your way to your pitch.
Late arrivals
If you are arriving late, please let us know on the My Haven Experience app. This means the park will know to expect you later.
