All touring guests will receive their check-in time a week before arrival. You may arrive up to two hours before this time (1 hour for 12pm arrivals), but you may not be able to pitch up until your check-in time.
The latest time you can arrive on park for a touring holiday is 10pm.
What happens on arrival?
When you arrive, a member of our team will be on hand to meet you at the park entrance where you will be initially checked in using your registration. You'll then be able to make your way to your pitch.
Late arrivals
If you are arriving late, please let us know on the My Haven Experience app. This means the park will know to expect you later.
Late check-out
We don't currently offer late check-out on our touring breaks and ask all guests to vacate their pitches by 10am on their day of departure. If you wish to remain on park and have anything larger than a family car, please speak to the team to see if we're able to accommodate parking when on the park.
