We reserve the right to ask to see your payment card and photo ID at any time during your holiday and this should match the details used to make your booking. In the absence of Photo ID a bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months confirming your address as well as the card used to make payment will be acceptable.
If you're looking to purchase any goods on park that require proof of age such as alcohol or cigarettes, we may ask you to provide a form of ID to confirm you're of the legal age. Please note, we will only be able to accept passports, your driving license or a PASS logo card as a valid form of ID.
You and members of your party who are 18 or over may be required to provide photographic identification (valid driving licence or passport) at any time during your stay.
