Email confirmations should arrive within 1 hour of making your holiday booking and postal confirmations usually take up to 5 working days to arrive if you have booked directly with us.
If you have not received your email confirmation, please make sure to check your junk email folder to make sure it hasn't gone there in error. If this is the case, simply add us to your address book to make sure you always receive information from us directly into your inbox.
Please note, we don't send out tickets for your holiday.
