If you would like to cancel your holiday, please visit our chatbot and ask to cancel. We will calculate any refund amount due in line with part 5 of our terms and conditions.
If you elected not to purchase either Haven Flexi Plan when booking your break, we recommend speaking directly with your own holiday insurance provider and claiming through them, we can provide anything you need to do that.

If you have Haven Flexi Plan Standard:

70 days or more | Full refund (minus the cost of Haven Flexi Plan and the deposit) |
69-29 days | 50% refund (which is inclusive of cost of Haven Flexi Plan and the deposit) |
28-8 days | 20% refund (which is inclusive of cost of Haven Flexi Plan and the deposit) |
7 days or fewer | No refund |
If you have Haven Flexi Plan Premium:
