In order to protect your holiday in case of unexpected changes to your plans, we encourage all guests to take out Haven Holiday Protection (HHP).
HHP starts from £22 and can be applied at the time of booking your break or within the first 48 hours. If you choose not to take HHP, we recommend ensuring you take out your own holiday insurance to cover you.
If you would like to cancel your holiday, please fill out the form here to send us an email. We will calculate any refund amount due in line with whether you have the HHP and any charges due as per the terms and conditions and process this for you.
If you haven't got HHP then we recommend speaking directly with your own holiday insurance provider.
