If you would like to cancel your holiday, please visit our chatbot and ask to cancel. We will calculate any refund amount due in line with part 5 of our terms and conditions.
If you elected not to purchase HHP when booking your break, we recommend speaking directly with your own holiday insurance provider and claiming through them, we can provide anything you need to do that.
If have HHP on your booking then you can find a summary of those terms below. Please remember to include a document confirming your reason for cancelling if doing so for sickness, redundancy, jury service or bereavement:
If you have Haven Holiday Protection and you are cancelling for sickness, redundancy, jury service or bereavement:

2 days (47 hours, 59 minutes) or less | 30% refund of your total holiday cost minus any amount paid for Haven Holiday Protection |
If you have Haven Holiday Protection and you are cancelling for any other reason:

69-43 days | 70% refund, minus any deposit paid, and any amount paid for Haven Holiday Protection |

28-8 days | 10% refund, minus any deposit paid, and any amount paid for Haven Holiday Protection |
7 days or less | No refund |
